Dr. Nicolette Cortez
Owner/CEO/Practitioner
Dr. Nicolette Cortez is a seasoned nurse practitioner with an extensive history in aesthetics. She graduated with her doctorate degree in 2019 from Wichita State University and shortly thereafter obtained her Board Certification in advanced nursing practice. Prior to graduate school, Nicolette spent many years as an ICU nurse but has worked in a wide range of areas throughout her 15+ year healthcare career, including duties as medical director of two large medical spas in Denver, CO.
Nicolette moved to Southern Oregon in response to the COVID crisis. After working through COVID-19 in the ICU, Nicolette wanted to leave the bedside/hospital setting and pursue her passion for aesthetics/preventative care. Helping people to engage in taking care of themselves before they become ill is a very important and often overlooked side of medicine. Helping people feel better and look better, thus boosting their confidence, is extremely rewarding.

Indigo Cherrick, RN-BSN
Indigo is Nurse Injector with a bachelor’s degree in nursing and over a decade of experience as an esthetician. Currently working towards becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Indigo combines advanced nursing knowledge with a strong background in skincare and aesthetics to deliver exceptional, personalized care.
As a mother of three, Indigo understands the importance of self-care and strives to help clients look and feel their best. Indigo offers aesthetic services at Rogue Revitalize Medical Spa & Aesthetics including Botox, Fillers, Laser & Microneedling, Waxing, & Facials as well as a full range of wellness services including IV therapy, vitamin injections & weightloss programs
Jasmine Dohm, RN- BSN
Jasmine is a nurse injector with a background in intensive care, having moved to the Rogue Valley four years ago to support the COVID-19 crisis. Her experience in the ICU shaped her attention to detail, commitment to patient safety, and compassionate approach to care. She pursued aesthetic nursing to combine her passion for art, beauty, health, and medicine, bringing a thoughtful and individualized approach to every client. As a busy mother, she understands the importance of self-care and helping others feel confident and refreshed.
Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family. She loves hiking, adventuring, and exploring Southern Oregon, and values staying active while maintaining a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
Mikaela Ford, Certified Advanced Esthetician
Mikaela has called the Rogue Valley home for 19 years and has been passionate about esthetics since 2018 when she experienced firsthand the transformative power of skin rejuvenation. That experience ignited her journey into the world of advanced esthetics, leading her to earn her basic and then advanced esthetic licenses in 2019.
Since then, she has mastered the art of lasers, microneedling, body contouring, and advanced facial treatments, helping clients achieve their best skin yet. With her deep knowledge and expertise, Mikaela is a true asset to our team, bringing both skill and passion to every treatment she provides.
When she’s not in the treatment room, you can find her enjoying the outdoors with her husband and two daughters.
